Custom made pieces such as the Personalized Reversible Blankets, Deluxe Shopping Cart Covers and
Personalized Reversible Coats take approximately 5-7 business days to be custom sewn for you. Ready made items will be shipped out within 24 hours.
We ship all our items using Canada Post. Shipping fees are calculated at time of purchase and are based on weight and recipient’s postal/zip code.
We also offer local pick up from our Toronto studio.
At Binksy & Bobo we stand behind the quality of our work, so if for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase
for an exchange or full refund (less shipping and handling fees). Please email info@binksyandbobo.com for address details.
Please note we cannot return custom made items, those including the Personalized Reversible Blanket, the personalized Deluxe Shopping Cart Cover or the Personalized Reversible Coat.
Binksy & Bobo baby and kid’s clothing makes a unique gift option, allowing you to customize your chosen piece for the individual. You can opt to have your item gift wrapped for an additional $5.00 CAD. Purchases that are shipped with Canada Post are wrapped in cello paper overtop colourful tissue paper with co-ordinating gros grain ribbon enclosed with a gift card and personal hand written message. As an option we also offer gift certificates in any denomination.

All Binksy & Bobo items are made with the intention of ‘easy to clean’. Cotton items come pre-shrunk and care for all our products are machine wash warm, tumble dry medium. When ironing anything please use the low setting.
All Binksy & Bobo items are individually handmade in Canada in our Toronto Studio.
Although we try to best represent the colour of the fabric swatches, these are only approximate due to monitor settings & variances in fabric dye lots.
Binksy & Bobo reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
